Overview

The Level 3 Foundation Diploma in Health and Social Care is for people who want to work in Health and Social Care or who are already working in Health and Social Care and want to improve their knowledge and skills to become future managers. The course is for people of all ages and backgrounds, from those just out of high school or college to those who have been working for a while. The Social Services and Well-being Act of 2014 says that anyone who works in health and social care should always be learning and getting better at what they do.

Learners who complete the Level 3 Foundation Diploma in Health and Social Care will be able to advance to: The Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management, or the first year of undergraduate study in health and social care, or entry into an associated profession.
