It also provides language support for non-native speakers, helping them to improve their English proficiency and as option in another language they maybe intended to study in.
The content of the International Foundation Programme varies depending on the institution offering the IUFP, but it usually includes a combination of lectures, seminars, practical exercises, and assessments. Students who successfully complete the program are awarded a certificate or diploma and are eligible to progress to an undergraduate degree programmes subject to the application and selection process of the individual universities.
