Entry Requirements
For entry of ATHE Level 6 Diploma in Healthcare Management qualification, learners must possess:
- Relevant NQF/QCF/RQF Level 5 diploma or equivalent overseas qualification as recognised by the UK.
- The learner must be 18 years or older at the beginning of the course.
Module Structure
The ATHE Diploma in Healthcare Management is a 120-credit qualification. Learners must complete the six mandatory units totalling 70 credits. They must complete either Managing Finance in the Public Sector or Financial Decision Making for Managers.
A further four or five units totalling a minimum of 50 credits from the list of optional units must be completed to achieve a minimum of 120 credits for Diploma 7,

Progression
Learners who complete this qualification can progress onto an MSc programme at a higher education institution such as the University of Portsmouth, onto the Level 7 Diploma in Healthcare Management or directly into employment in an associated profession.
