Foundation Programme

We have a range of Foundation courses designed for students who have the ability to study further, but don’t have the necessary formal qualifications to enter directly on to their chosen Honours degree programme. An additional preliminary level 3 foundation will give you the knowledge, skills and confidence to succeed at Honours degree entry 1.

If you perhaps chose the wrong A Level subjects, instead of repeating a year at school or college, you could get the level 3 foundation experience from the outset. Many of our Foundation courses have some flexibility within the subject area at the end of the first year, giving you more time to decide on your specific pathway. They are also an ideal route if you are thinking of returning to study after a break.

After completing level 3 Foundation our LCPS students normally apply in reputed university in the UK and around the world to start the year one Bachelor’s degree programme.
