Graduation Ceremony – Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to all students and guests attending the London College of Professional Studies (LCPS) Graduation Ceremony. By registering and making payment for the graduation ceremony, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
2. Eligibility to Attend
Attendance at the graduation ceremony is subject to the following:
- The student must have successfully completed their course or be eligible for award as determined by LCPS.
- All outstanding tuition fees and academic requirements must be fully settled prior to booking.
LCPS reserves the right to verify eligibility before confirming attendance.
3. Graduation Fee and Payment Policy
A graduation fee is required to secure participation in the ceremony.
Full payment must be made in advance to confirm attendance.
All graduation fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances once payment has been made.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Non-attendance by the student
- Visa refusal or travel issues
- Personal circumstances
- Change of mind

4. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
LCPS will provide confirmation details via email or official communication channels.
It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that all personal details provided are accurate.
5. Guest Attendance
Each graduating student is entitled to bring up to two (2) guests as part of their graduation booking.
Additional guests beyond the initial two (2) will be subject to:
- Additional charges as determined by LCPS
- Availability of space
A student’s total guest allocation (including the initial two guests) shall not exceed ten (10) guests under any circumstances.
All guests must comply with LCPS policies and venue regulations.
LCPS reserves the right to limit or restrict guest numbers based on venue capacity and safety requirements.
6. Changes and Cancellation by LCPS
LCPS reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel the graduation ceremony due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to public health concerns, government restrictions, or force majeure events).
In such cases, LCPS will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative date or suitable arrangements. Refunds, if any, will be at the sole discretion of LCPS.
7. Conduct and Behaviour
All attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner.
LCPS reserves the right to remove any individual from the ceremony for inappropriate behaviour without refund.
8. Academic Dress and Participation
Students may be required to wear official academic dress (gown, cap, etc.) as specified by LCPS.
Failure to comply with ceremony requirements may result in refusal to participate.
9. Photography and Media
The graduation ceremony may be photographed and recorded.
By attending, students and guests consent to the use of images and recordings for promotional and academic purposes by LCPS.
10. Liability
LCPS shall not be held liable for loss or damage to personal belongings, travel or accommodation costs, or any indirect or consequential losses.
11. Data Protection
All personal data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 and will only be used for legitimate administrative purposes.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By making payment for the graduation ceremony, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
