This ILM Level 7 Diploma in Leadership and Management particularly targets individuals aged 20 and over who are eager to advance their leadership and management capabilities. To ensure a successful learning journey, applicants should ideally hold at least one of the following qualifications:

  • An equivalent qualification demonstrating prior experience and knowledge
